Part of True Norths Experiential Challenges Series:
Participants are challenged with a series of Experiential initiatives specifically chosen to encourage the group to move beyond their “comfort zone” and explore current “ways of working” to drive better performance or incremental improvements within the group. Everyone is encouraged to discuss their current work environment and collaborate on solutions for issues being encountered.

- Increase sense of support, trust and cooperation within the team
- Develop a higher level of team communication, at a more precise level
Overview:
This activity is an opportunity for a team to create an environment that supports high performing teamwork playing off competition amongst teams. The goal is to explore how the team worked together and what type of support was needed and offered during the exercise.
