Based on the outcomes looking to be achieved, participants work through a series of experiential initiatives. The initiatives explore current ways of working that may need to be addressed to increase individual and team success in the workplace. Participants are encouraged to join a discussion of their work environment and collaborate on solutions or changes to be applied throughout the program and ultimately brought back to the workplace. A debrief session with the group at the end of the program is highly recommended. We will recommend specific activities based on the objectives and learning outcomes of the program.
