Have some ideas you want folks in your organization to share and/or focus on? In our version of the highly acclaimed TV show, “Shark Tank,” your employees can pitch ideas to a panel comprised of managers or executives. We kick off the event with the group of participants. Each group gets a fixed amount of time to work on their idea and presentation. The group comes back together, virtually, to pitch their ideas to the panel. The panel provides feedback in a positive and motivating way. The panel decides which ideas may be best to pursue and decide who will mentor the group/s to bring their idea to fruition.
