Dialogues and working productively with colleagues can be difficult, no matter where you are in your career, from Boomers to Millennials.  Our Everything DiSC® Productive Conflict workshop helps participants improve self-awareness around behaviors that occur during times of conflict. Rather than focus on a step-by-step process for conflict resolution, our session provides participants with techniques to curb destructive behaviors and learn how to effectively respond to difficult situations. The program features an exploration of DiSC®, providing an opportunity for participants to explore how their destructive responses can derail conversations, work and work relationships.  This session offers a method for making more productive choices in response to conflict / differences.

We offer this workshop in two different formats:

  • Remote / Virtual Workshop
  • In-Person Workshop

Read more about how to circumvent stress at work and the benefits of it.

Participant Take-Aways

  • Learn how to “catch” oneself when going down a destructive conflict path

  • Duration: 1.5-2hrs
  • Group size: 20-100+

Take one-part cocktail history, mix with the latest cocktail trends, add in some team challenges and you have Speakeasy: A Bar Wars Cocktail-Making Competition. Inspired by the hidden spots to get a drink during the Prohibition era of the 1920s, speakeasies were secret, almost impossible bars to find and were for an intimate crowd. They were often nothing more than a non-descript door requiring a secret knock or code to get you inside.  In this competition, teams are challenged with crafting the best tasting, best looking speakeasy-themed cocktail or mocktail.

This program is one of the Top Meeting Trends this year – read about it here!

Everything DiSC® Workshops

  • Duration: Full Day
  • Group size: 2 - 50 +

Everything DiSC® is not a test, it’s a personality assessment. This research-validated model helps you understand yourself and others, saving you time, energy, and money. Better employee communication means efficiency on both individual and company levels.

Everyone is a blend of all four DiSC styles—usually one, two, or even three styles stand out. Unlike simple personality tests, there is no perfect DiSC style. Since each person has a unique behavioral profile, people are walking around all over the world with different styles and priorities. We believe that these differences are extremely valuable. Once you assess these differences and harness their value, you’ll have better workplace communication and healthier organizations.

Everything DiSC® tools are designed to help you understand yourself and other people too. Our solutions help you build more effective working relationships based on an understanding of different behavioral styles.

Solutions include:

EVERYTHING DiSC WORKPLACE®

Everything DiSC Workplace® can be used with everyone in an organization, regardless of title or role, to improve the quality of the workplace. Everything DiSC Workplace is classroom training that uses online pre-work, engaging facilitation with contemporary video, and online follow-up to create a personalized learning experience.  Participants understand and appreciate the styles of the people they work with. The result is more effective and productive working relationships.

EVERYTHING DiSC MANAGEMENT®: TEACHES MANAGERS HOW TO BRING OUT THE BEST IN EACH EMPLOYEE.

Everything DiSC Management® is classroom training that uses online pre-work, engaging facilitation with contemporary video, and online follow-up to create a personalized learning experience. Participants learn how to read the styles of the people they manage. The result is managers who adapt their styles to manage more effectively.

EVERYTHING DiSC® THE WORK OF LEADERS: VISION, ALIGNMENT, AND EXECUTION.

Everything DiSC Work of Leaders approaches leadership as a one-to-many relationship, as opposed to the one-to-one relationship explored in Everything DiSC® Management. It focuses on tangible steps directed at leading a group or organization toward desired outcomes.

Using the framework of Vision, Alignment, and Execution, Work of Leaders encourages leaders to understand their own leadership styles and how they impact their effectiveness.
