Experiential Challenges

  • Duration: 1.5-3hrs
  • Group size: up to 75+

Participants are challenged with a series of experiential initiatives throughout this program. The initiatives explore ways of working. Participants are encouraged to discuss their current work environment and collaborate on solutions. A debrief session is part of this program. Specific activities will be recommended based on the objectives of the program.

Kaizen
This activity focuses on:

    • Setting goals & parameter clarification

    Turning competition into collaboration

Mass Pass
This is a quick-fire learning activity with a focus on:

    • Enhancing problem-solving skills

 

    • Improving communication skills

 

    • Creating a common vision

 

    Planning & then implementing the plan effectively
