Last night we were so fortunate to be a part of the Ronald McDonald House of the Greater Hudson Valley’s Third Annual Red Shoe Awards. The Ronald McDonald House epitomizes the idea of giving back to the community. The Ronald McDonald House is located in Valhalla, NY, on the grounds of the Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital, and their staff and volunteers provide tremendous support to families whose children are in the hospital. We loved the idea of people wearing red shoes to this event. Thank you for honoring us as well. We are so glad to have made the connection with Ronald McDonald House! Include True North’s Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team Workshop in your next team meeting or offsite. Our experiential-learning workshop helps to bring your team together. This workshop focuses on the key elements of a cohesive team: Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results. Using the Everything DiSC assessment as a foundation, team members learn about themselves as well as the rest of the team. Everyone learns how to make their day-to-day interactions more effective. Things like productive conflict and vulnerability-based trust are addressed head-on. The end result is how to get the best out of everyone. This is a really insightful one or three-day workshop. Give us a shout today to learn more.
